Today my office Printer Epson Stylus Photo 1390 got some problem. Its not working completely. Its ink cartridge not moving a even a single bit. and both lights are blinking in red. Everyone tried a lot to make it ok. Finally I decided to male it work some how. Anyway we decided to through it. So if anything wrong happen when I disassemble it no problem , I can through it easily. So its my chance to check. May be I can learn from this ' how to do it.
First I want to dis assemble everything. Slowly slowly I stared to do it. I removed all the screws that I can see its out side. but then also some screw is there inside. So its difficult. I started searching in internet for Epson Stylus Photo 1390. I found the link(Thanks for the owner of that page) . It was a PDF file . It helped me alot. That link is

finally accoding to this file I removed its Rear Houing, Upper housing and Lover housing and I seperated Waste Ink pad tray.
1 - Run adjprog.exe
2 - Click “Accept” button.
3 - Click “Particular adjustment mode” button.
4 - Select on “Waste ink pad counter” and click “OK” button.
5 - Click on “Initialization” button and the program will reset the protection counter.
6 - Turn off the printer as a program instructed then turn on again.
7 - Click “Finish” button. and its done!
Dont forget to change back your computer date and reactivate your anti-virus if any.
Now the Printer is perfectly Ok. so instead of throwing the printer we are still using it.

I removed all the sponges from the tray . it all was in black colour because of the waste ink. I just washed it and kept oneday for drying. Now its colour is pure white.
Next day i assembled it and switch the printer on. That time that red light is not there. its gree. Thanks God
Next step is to adjust and resett tthe waste ink pad. For that I downloaded resetter from the link
and do the following steps to reset the protection counter effectively.
Set your computer date to 4 Oct 2007.
1 - Run adjprog.exe
2 - Click “Accept” button.
